  • You are responsible for device-stored data, local backups, and the names or other content you enter.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RallyTap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of the Service

RallyTap is a tennis scoring application intended to help users track points, games, sets, and completed match history. RallyTap may also provide optional live score sharing, which creates a public readonly link that allows viewers to follow a match score. RallyTap may also allow you to create local history backups and export match statistics as CSV files.

Informational Use Only

RallyTap is provided for convenience and informational scorekeeping. RallyTap is not an official scoring, officiating, ranking, betting, tournament-management, or recordkeeping service. Scores may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or entered incorrectly.

Live Score Sharing

Live score sharing is optional. If you create a live score link, anyone with that link may view the shared score until sharing is stopped or the link expires. Live links expire after 48 hours. Completed matches may remain visible through the shared link until expiry unless sharing is stopped.

You are responsible for the player names and other match information you choose to enter and share. Do not enter or share information that you do not have permission to use or make available through a public link. We may limit, disable, remove, or refuse live sharing activity that appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the Service.

You retain responsibility for match information, player names, and other content you enter. By using live score sharing, you grant us a limited right to host, transmit, display, process, and delete that content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law. You agree not to:

  • interfere with or disrupt the Service;
  • attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law;
  • use the Service to violate the rights of others; or
  • misrepresent your relationship with us or the RallyTap brand;
  • create automated, excessive, misleading, or abusive live score shares; or
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Live score sharing depends on third-party hosting, networking, and backend providers and may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable.

No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sophomath LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Your Responsibility for Device Data

You are responsible for the data stored on your device. Because RallyTap stores match information locally, uninstalling the app, clearing local storage, or losing access to your device may result in loss of match data.

If you use live score sharing, public access to the shared score is controlled by the share link, stop-sharing controls, and expiry. You are responsible for deciding whether the information in a live score is appropriate to share publicly.

If you create, save, or share a history backup or Stats Export file, you are responsible for the file and the destination you select. Exported files may include match history, player names, notes, and tagged point details. Use care when sharing files that contain information about other people.

Preview Features

Features identified as Preview, including Stats Export, may change, have limits, or become paid as RallyTap improves. Preview features may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Intellectual Property

RallyTap and related branding, design, and content are owned by Sophomath LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated effective date.
